Where I See Myself

In the future, I see myself as a role that customers can always look unto by responding to their queries, making sure that their queries are answered 24/7. I also see myself by always understanding my customers, putting myself in the customers perspective, leading with empathy, acting on customers feedback, responding to customers reviews, and always asking for feedbacks.

Lessons Learned

Over my career journey, I have learnt to give great presentation at work, beating sales targets, training for and completing a marathon, organizing a successful charity event, mentoring a coworker or fellow student, keeping schedule and sticking to it, allocating specific time for each client, and having a system for tracking their works. I overcome challenges and failures by creative thinking, task prioritization, discipline, determination, analytical thinking, communication skills and dedication.
