Duties to include: 

  • Answering calls with prewritten scripts. 
  • Answering text messages with prewritten scripts.
  • Answering emails with prewritten scripts.
  • Vetting and transfering specific calls to the appropriate management team.
  • Data entry (excel/csv).
  • Preference for VA that can create excel/csv data sets (calculating total service numbers using data from many different excel/csv sheets).
  • Creating approved email and text message scripts in conjunction with management teams.
