Duties to include:
- Answering calls with prewritten scripts.
- Answering text messages with prewritten scripts.
- Answering emails with prewritten scripts.
- Vetting and transfering specific calls to the appropriate management team.
- Data entry (excel/csv).
- Preference for VA that can create excel/csv data sets (calculating total service numbers using data from many different excel/csv sheets).
- Creating approved email and text message scripts in conjunction with management teams.
